About the Shawnee Hills Civic Association

The Shawnee Hills Civic Association was established in 1959 and was incorporated in 1979.

The building and land was donated and built by volunteers from the community in 1959.  In 1999 a grant was obtained from the Council for Older Adults for building updates.

Robin Fellure

President

Robin has lived in the Village of Shawnee Hills for over 50 years.  She has held numerous positions throughout the community, including Shawnee Hills Chamber President and Village Code Enforcement Officer.  Robin began serving as trustee in 1995.  She has been the president since 1999.

Sherry Hall

Vice President

Sherry has been a resident of Shawnee Hills all of her life.  She grew up in Shawnee Hills and is now raising her own family here.  She has been a Village Council member and held the SHCA position of trustee for multiple years before holding the position of vice president.

Virginia Miller

Treasurer

Virginia is a long-time resident raising her 3 grown children in the Village.  She has also been a village council member and an active participant with Delaware county senior citizens groups and the Board of Elections.

Ally Fellure

Trustee

Ally, the daughter of Robin Fellure and the late Tim Fellure, grew up in Shawnee Hills.  She has attended and volunteered at many of the civic association events.  Along with her family and son Aiden, she is looking forward to continuing her volunteer years in Shawnee Hills.

Jackie Salisbury

Trustee

Jackie has lived in the village since 2014 and has recently become involved in the civic association.  She loves kids and is currently pursuing a degree in social work.

Lauren Decker

Trustee

Lauren has lived in the Shawnee Hills area for over 24 years.  She moved into the village with her husband and daughter in 2016.  A year later she joined the SHCA to volunteer at community events.​
